All client information and data is strictly kept confidential, except where prohibited by law. You authorize Fireproof Professional Computer Services affiliates to perform the work to be done with the necessary materials. You also acknowledge any computer not picked up, after services are completed, after 30 days, will accrue a $5. Per day storage fee. After 90 days the computer will be donated. Fireproof Computer Services and affiliates are not responsible for loss or damage in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control. We warranty our labor for a period of 10 days. However, we do not make any guarantees for software issues including, but not limited to: infections (malware, viruses, trojans, etc.) and software you install afterwards. It is your responsibility for keeping your data backed up and your software up-to-date. Under no circumstances are we liable for loss of data. Fireproof Computer Services are not responsible for previously existing hardware damages or damages that occur during or after our repairs. All hardware, which needs to be installed, must be purchased by you and is required to be brand new. We will not install used hardware without the customer’s express agreement that this warranty will be voided. This agreement must be signed on-site prior to performance of any and all work. Warranties on any hardware or software installed by us is subject to the warranty offered by the store where purchased or manufacturer’s warranty, as applicable. We do not warranty hardware, nor software of any kind. Charges not paid after 30 days will be assessed a $15 late fee and will begin accruing 10% interest per annum. Funds for parts are to be paid before work is finished.
The certifications from CompTIA are a measure of proficiency in the field of computer repair. A+ certification means that you possess the technical skills and knowledge that are important to work as a qualified computer repair technician. Network+ Certification means you possess the technical skills and knowledge that are important to work as a qualified network repair technician.
30 day satisfaction guarantee is limited to our labor only, not including remote sessions or uncontrollable circumstances such as faulty network connections, server side complications, etc. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know in writing within 30 days from service and we will investigate your claim. Should we find a reasonable problem, we may choose to correct it for free, adjusted rate, or full rates, depending on circumstances. We will however not and do not offer refunds on labor or parts. If the investigation results are found to be from circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to rescind the guarantee.
Standard Return Policy
Return for refund/ replacement within: 30 days Items covered by this policy(those products for which seller states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to seller within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by seller, and not the mere issuance of an RMA
