All client information and data is strictly kept confidential, except where prohibited by law. Any computer not picked up, after services are completed, after 30 days, will accrue a $5. Per day storage fee. After 90 days the computer will be donated. Fireproof Computer Services and/or affiliates are not responsible for loss or damage in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control. We warranty our labor for a period of 30 days. If the same virus/malware(s) is still present within 30 days of original work completed date, we will complete the job free of charge. However, we do not make any guarantees for software issues including, but not limited to: infections (malware, viruses, Trojans, etc.) and software you install afterwards. Unless contracted to do so, we are not responsible for keeping your data backed up and your software up-to-date. Under no circumstances are we liable for loss of data. Fireproof Computer Services and/or affiliates are not responsible for previously existing hardware damages or damages that occur during or after our repairs. If the you have made attempts to fix the problem or have a third party attempt to fix the problem in anyway, this will void our warranty. Warranties on any hardware or software installed by us, is subject to the warranty offered by the vendor where purchased, or manufacturer’s warranty as applicable. We do not warranty hardware, nor software of any kind. Charges are due on date of invoice. Charges not paid after 30 days will be assessed a $25 late fee and will begin accruing 10% interest per annum. Charges not paid after 60 days will be assessed an additional $50 late fee. Charges not paid after 90 days will begin the legal collections stage. Your acceptance of this contract prohibits you from taking any action that negatively impacts Fireproof Computer Services. All estimates are subject to change and do not include taxes or shipping. Warranty does NOT cover any shipping cost for returns, labor time for diagnostic, labor time for returning or exchanging hardware. Some products subject to restocking fee. A $40.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
The certifications from CompTIA are a measure of proficiency in the field of computer repair. A+ certification means that the technician has the technical skills and knowledge that are important to work as a qualified computer repair technician. Network+ Certification means they possess the technical skills and knowledge that are important to work as a qualified network repair technician.
30 day satisfaction guarantee is limited to our labor only, not including remote sessions or uncontrollable circumstances such as faulty network connections, server side complications, etc. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know in writing within 30 days from service and we will investigate your claim. Should we find a reasonable problem, we may choose to correct it for free, adjusted rate, or full rates, depending on circumstances. We do not offer refunds on labor or parts. If the investigation results are found to be from circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to rescind the guarantee. Warranty void if device not on surge protector.

Hosting & Email will be suspended if not paid within 15 days from date of the invoice.
A fee of up to $80 will be charged to restore email and hosting service.
If not paid after 30 days, ALL email and files will be removed from our server permanently.
Billing is yearly and non refundable.
Backups/Archives
Backups are for websites only, we do not backup emails. We recommend using MailStore to backup your emails.
Video
Streaming, or uploading video is not available and forbidden with our hosting packages. Hosting or streaming video violates our hosting agreement. If you need to stream or host a video, we suggest using a video service such as YouTube or Vimeo and then linking to it from your site.
If your site is a WordPress site:
We must have admin access to the back end to verify updates are current, for security reasons.
All updates must be kept current, either by you, or you can subscribe to our WP maintenance package.
Email:
Email may not be used for any malicious, mass email marketing, spam, or illegal .activity.
Online fillable forms:
Max submissions are limited to 300 per month, per domain.
Any violation of these requirements could result in services being suspended without a refund.
Warranties / returns / Cancelations
Standard Return Policy
Return for refund/replacement within: 30 days Items covered by this policy. Item must be returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Does NOT cover any labor, shipping, or restocking fees. Warranty void if device not on surge protector.
No Return Policy
No Returns for applicable product. Only Warranty is applicable. Warranty void if device not on surge protector.
Refurbished Computers warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on refurbished computers, laptops, and monitors. The warranty covers any laptop desktop or monitor that has malfunctioned in a way not caused by user. We will offer a refund on parts after the device is received back to us and has been inspected to show the malfunction was not caused by user. 30-day warranty begins when customer receives item.
Warranty does not cover:
- Software, including without limitation, the operating system and software added, third-party software or the reloading of software.
- Accessories or peripherals, (example – mouse, keyboard, etc.) labor, shipping, or restocking fees.
- Problems that result, directly or indirectly, from:
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
- Servicing not authorized by Fireproof Computer Services.
- Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
- Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
- Products for which Fireproof Computer Services has not received payment
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty void if device is not on surge protector. User is responsible for installing surge protector.
*Payment also constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide at least 24-hour notice. This will allow for another client who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment time.
Appointments which are canceled with less than 24-hour notification may be subject up to an $85.00 cancellation fee
All appointments without a call to cancel prior to appointment time, will be considered a no-show appointment.
If you have three or more canceled, no-showed or a combination of canceled or no-show in a 12-month period of time you may be denied any future appointments with any of our techs.
We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in these instances may be waived but only with managerial approval.
Our company firmly believes that good client/tech relationship is based upon understanding and good communication. We are happy to discuss any questions you may have about our cancellation, and no-show policy and fees.
